Im 16 lbs from my goal weight. How long do you think it will take to lose that weight in a healthy way by eating nutritious foods and exercising regularly?

Since all I know is the amount, I'd say 4-5 months?0

I've got 15 lbs to go and am targeted to lose .7 lbs a week...so that's like 4 lbs every 5 weeks. My calorie intake is 1200 and I exercise around 4 hours a week.0

well..ive lost 10 pounds in 7 weeks .... so maybe you can figure it from there.. i dont go over my 1370 calorie limit, the website will tell you what calorie limit u should be on..and exercising alot, make sure if you get really sore rest because i didnt and my neck is killing me right now..
id say like a month in half and probably sooner then that.0 -
