There is a new recipe that I would like to try that calls for 1 cup of oat flour. However, I do not eat grains.... does anyone have any good suggestions for a grain substitute? I never bake, so I am clueless as to what is available. Thanks for the help!

You could use a bean or nut flour - soy flour would be easiest to find, or almond meal, or coconut flour. Of course, they'll work differently than the oat flour, so it depends on what the recipe is which will work best.0
