I started MFP a long time ago and never stuck with it. On February 2, I decided to try again and so far it has made a huge difference. Here are my stats:
5'1"
Started at 171 lbs
Right now at 158 lbs
Goal weight is 130ish

    Counting calories, quit eating fast food, quit drinking sweet tea and cokes, drink a lot of water, and run/walk on the treadmill or do Jillian Michaels workouts at least 5 days a week.
