When is the best moment for 30DS ?

I want to do the Jillian Michaels' 30DS but I have a question. Should I do it now ? While I'm trying to lose weight ? I still have 45 lbs to lose. Should I wait till I'm at my goal weight ? :ohwell:

I would do it now. I started it when I was really close to my goal weight and haven't seen much change. About to be on level 3 and have barely lost half an inch, maybe an lb or 2 but thats it.
I have seen other people with more weight to lose have better results0 -
Do it now! It's great ! It's what I started with when I started my weight loss journey a couple of years ago. I didn't have as much to lose, but I knew I needed to do something as I was gaining few lbs every year. I lost 12lbs and dropped a pants size - it totally changed my shape! Well, part of the change came from eventually adding Banish Fat Boost Metabolism at some point and continuing with 30DS long after the first 30 days. But it's a great workout - good blend of cardio and strength moves.0

Do it now!
I only have 19lbs to lose (15lbs now!) and I'm using the 30DS to jumpstart my weight loss (along with dieting). I'm only on day 8 of level 1 but I've already lost 4 inches over my total body and can see results already in the weigh my jeans fit!0 -
Yes, yes, yes!!! Do it now!! I lost a total of 13 inches all over doing it, not to mention the bulk of my weight came off (I know I only had approx 24 lb to lose back then), you will not regret it. Don't wait, it will help you achieve your goal faster than by cardio and diet alone!0
