Or should I say the Super FOOD Bowl!! Any ideas out there how to resist all those temptations tonight? I already exercised to give myself some extra calories

Drink lots of water
Bring healthy snacking options (fruit platter, veggie platter, etc)
Try not to sit in front of food
Log foods into your phone on a notepad or the MYP app0 -
Thank you... I really like the idea of using my phone to track, no one has to know what I'm doing! I'll bring some bottled water with me, I don't drink alcohol anyway so that's no big deal. Lots of good suggestions! Thank you!
