Or should I say the Super FOOD Bowl!! Any ideas out there how to resist all those temptations tonight? I already exercised to give myself some extra calories :)

    Drink lots of water
    Bring healthy snacking options (fruit platter, veggie platter, etc)
    Try not to sit in front of food
    Log foods into your phone on a notepad or the MYP app

    Thank you... I really like the idea of using my phone to track, no one has to know what I'm doing! I'll bring some bottled water with me, I don't drink alcohol anyway so that's no big deal. Lots of good suggestions! Thank you!
