JENNA'S 30 DAY SHRED

Ok, so you're gonna have to bear with me here. I don't own a tape measure, and I started the first 10 or so days of the shred using 2.5lb water bottles...after that, and from then on i've used 5 lb weights. I did it everyday, no days off. towards the end i even started doing it 2x a day. Overall i think i maybe did it 40 times in 30 days.
Also, i took my "before" pics a few days into the shred. I was just doing it for myself, but you guys have made me want to share my progress. People at work continue to tease me for doing this, but i wont give up!!! i'm tired of being the funny fat girl, i can be the hot, funny girl too!!
today i'm starting "ripped in 30", with "no more trouble zones" on off days. I still plan on no days off, bc that seems to be working for me and i really really enjoy working out for 30-60 mins and then having the rest of my day. I also eat back my exercise calories bc even with them, MFP never allows me more than 1550 cals a day. and i LOVE to eat!
here we go:
start weight: near 177 lbs (ALSO I AM 5' 2.5" & just turned 29)
start jeans size: 14...very very tight 12
current weight: 163 lbs
current jeans size: 10...one 8 from the gap!

hmm...i thought it was because you had capitols IMG but that didnt work...you need to change IMG to img always....theres obviously something else....album set to private??? i did that on here before and it wouldnt display the pics.0

yeah your albums on private...move the pics you want everyone to see to a new albums and make it public.
