How should I weigh sweet potatoes cooked or raw to get correct calories?

I baked it and then measured it in a cup to get 180 cals/cup. There are all sorts of differing info out there so I picked that way. With 2 teaspoons brown sugar you have a serving of 200 cals.0

I steam and mash mine with a little cinnamon. Delish and so good for you!0

If you have a food scale, weigh it raw. That way it takes out the guess work of how much water evaporated during the cooking process.0

doesnt matter,just make sure you use same to work out calories from database0
