How should I weigh sweet potatoes cooked or raw to get correct calories?

I baked it and then measured it in a cup to get 180 cals/cup. There are all sorts of differing info out there so I picked that way. With 2 teaspoons brown sugar you have a serving of 200 cals.

I steam and mash mine with a little cinnamon. Delish and so good for you!

If you have a food scale, weigh it raw. That way it takes out the guess work of how much water evaporated during the cooking process.
