I didn't exercise very much today, roughly 20 minutes... It's my first attempt in several, SEVERAL months on top of walking tons at work as I am a MA @ a clinic.

Any ideas about energy supplemtns to push through the routine? Or should I just gradually work my way up w/o supplements?

I would slowly increase and build up a little at a time.

you want to go gradually. if you push your body too hard too fast you are just asking to get injured. slow and steady wins the race in this type of situation. if you are really tired before a workout or something then you drink a cup of coffee prior, but you shouldnt need an energy drink or supplement to get through a 20 min workout.

    hope this helps :)

I like to drink a bit of coffee on days when I'm just not motivated to go exercise after work. usually take a bit from work and drink it on the drive home and when I get home I've got enough energy to start a workout and usually power through. Just don't drink too much.
