I did it every day for the first 2 weeks (started on June 1st). I got awesome results this way. However, I do also know that if you've done little to no strength training, you will probably have pretty sore muscles the first few days, and might want to take it every other day until you feel more comfortable.0

I have done it 6 days a week taking Sundays off for the last few months. It works pretty good. I would say that I have seen a difference not so much in weight loss but in muscle tone. I do feel like you need to do something else in addition to it to get maximum calorie burning if want to lose a lot of weight. I did the entire program for 30 days and now rotate between the 2nd and 3rd workouts. I like it and will continue to use it on a regular basis. Hope that helps!0
