exercise with a badly bruised back

I fell on the ice on saturday and the base of my back is black and blue - im lucky I didnt break anything!!

So, i went to the gym as normal yesterday and only managed 15mins walking on treadmill and 10 mins on the stepper as my back was sore!

Does anyone know of any easier exercise i can do whilst the bruising comes out of my back fully and it eases? The only thing I dont have access to is a pool but I have unlimited gym memebrship.

I just want to keep up the exercise and not use this as an excuse to sit on my butt for a week haha! x

    I hit my back about a week ago. (Drink related incident :-)! So took a couple of days off the exercise for rest I can run (slowly) and do 30DS(with modifying just one of the moves). Just take it easy you know what your body can do. x

    I had a huge issue with my back and I could not even drive without a cushion-support. Ever since I have started biking, I have burnt huge calories and have gotten rid of back problem!
