I don't want to carry around pieces of paper to remember what exercises I'm supposed to do for the day. Is there an app that will let me list the exercises that I want to do so I can carry it with me to the gym?

You can always put it on a notepad app or email it to yourself.0

Looks like I might have to do that, actually. I wanted something that would be a mobile tracker of the workouts, though.0

I've check out a few, but haven't found any that I really love (that will work on my older version iPhone, really need to upgrade!).
The latest one I tried which isn't too bad is Gym Friend - you enter your own exercises then you can record what you've done. I think there are better ones out there though, check out the App Store and you'll find heaps.0 -
