60lbs gone in 201 days! (pics!)

Had my weigh in today and after a dissapointing weight in last week of a 300g gain I lost 1.6kg! (3.52lbs) The best part? I have now lost 60lbs in total :) (sounds so much better than 27.3kg) AND I'm under 110kg! I literally cannot remember the last time I weighed that much. Talking with my mum and we were trying to figure it out. We got to 2006 and gave up. At least 5 years ;)

Not only the numbers but my entire health is improving. I've gone from being diagnosed pre-diabetic three years ago to perfect blood tests a month ago. I've gone from struggling to walk 15 min to work to finishing my first week of C25K on Sat. I can keep up with my team when warming up. I can run the bases without wanting to die. My life is fantastic and it's only getting better from here!
