1 more lb to my halfway mark... before and now pics

I'm a hair shy of my halfway goal. I forget sometimes how much I've lost because I still weigh 377 lbs. I found a pic from a couple of years ago, and was shocked at how large I was. When you get past a certain point mentally, it's so easy to fall into denial and self-medicate with food (which is what I did). I just want to say to anyone out there who isn't sure if they could do it... my words to you are YES YOU CAN.

(I'm wearing sunglasses because I'm not wearing any makeup... LOL). Current pic taken 10 minutes ago.

    Wow! You are doing great!! It is people like you who inspire me! I haven't really exercised consistently since before I had kids so I am starting from scratch. And watching my calories helps a TON! It makes me very aware of what I put in my mouth. I can't wait to see your next round of success pics!!! :flowerforyou:
