I am here I do not know how to do this all loosing wait and how many caliorers I can have during the day and how much the food has and how to count them i want to loose wait so bad please help me thank you

    I think you will find this site very user friendly. Just enter everything you eat into the food diary - most things are already programed in the data base, but I save the packaging until I am done eating for the day. That way if I cannot find the food already listed, I just use the nutritional info on the package and enter it manually. Once you start keeping track of calories on a regular basis it won't take long before you can start judging how many calories an item is without always looking at the package. Don't worry about being new to this process. We all have to start somewhere, somehow...

    Pretty much what RXchic said but I like to play with the food diary more. Figure out what things are before I eat it, or even just plan out the next day's meal so I ensure that I won't go over on my calorie allowance.
