    Works for a lot of things, but I think about it every time I am faced with something new and I am afraid I won't be able to do it. When I think back on all the things I have been able to do, once I tried them, I get inspired to try more new things. And when I really step back and look at all the hard things I have been able to accomplish, losing weight is one of the easiest!
