    shell fish....chocolate.....steak.....Not together. Individually, these are decadent things for me that when I get them, I could eat and eat until I puked or close to it. Fortunately, I don't see large quantities of any of these very often.

    Blech, eating to that state just does not sound appealing. I ate a good amount of really yummy, but not so nutritious, food yesterday; but one thing I've learned is not to gorge myself to that point of feeling like I should be sitting near a toilet. It just isn't any fun.

    Sushi. For something so tiny and delicious, when you have Americanized rolls (or rice in your roll) the calories add up fast. If I could stuff my face with one food, it would likely be sushi.
    Or, based on my mood today, wings. But this is a rare mood for me; I think I'm just low in protein right now.
