I'm going to give up potato chips for the rest of Feb.

I'm aiming to give up my major vice for the rest of feb.
After a weekend eating to much crap I need to set myself a goal.

So no Hot Chips or Crisps for the rest of the week.
When I add them back in it will only be in moderation.

Anyone keen to join me.:bigsmile:

    Me! i often find myself just eating a great big bag of them if im home alone or have a long train journey. they are my cheap fall back food if im hungry/cant be bothered to make tea!
    No more crisps for february, good plan!

    I was tempted today but looked at the big reasons for wanting them. I was board and hungry. I went for a walk then had a snack of fruit.
