What sort of things do you put on them.

I don't know what they call them in other countries so
Just look up rivita on google and see what they are... :)

I also need ideas on for what to put on my rivitas
I currently put just BBQ sauce on them, that's old as not so good aha :)

Oooh, I love Ryvita! My current favourite are the pumpkin seed and oat ones. I like them with:

Cottage cheese - maybe with some sliced fruit on top (halved grapes, starwberries, blueberries)
    Sliced cheese
Cream or spready cheese, maybe with sliced tomato or cucumber on top. Or a dollop of pickle (Branston pickle or picalilli)
Peanut butter and a smear of jam
Smooshed avocado with a squeeze of lemon juice and black pepper
Tinned sardines, pressed down to make a rough pate
A slice of ham, pastrami, or smoked salmon
  • I like to put Light cream cheese and pineapple yum yum!

I think those must be similar to Wasa Bread. I like mine with cottage cheese, sliced tomatoes and seasoning salt. But I just googled Wasa and found this: http://www.wasa-usa.com/healthy-snacks.aspx That one with the hummus looks awesome! So does the peanut butter and banana. I haven't tried them, though.

Extra light cream cheese mixed with marmite on dark rye - taste just like butter and marmite to me.
