Hi I know theres some on here but I am only in week 2 so have not be in time to join would anyone like to join me in a self challenge maybe to lose 14lbs in 10 weeks?

Starting from your weigh in this week week 6th-12th Feb 12 to week 16th -22nd April 12 ?

So you can have your weight before this weeks weigh in so your first result is this week,just a mini support challenge ?

    I'll do it....my weight loss is very sporadic though, varies from half a pound to 3.5 lbs a week. Strange.

    CW 145.5lbs

    Target for 10 weeks time is 131.5.
