Tomorrow over at bodyrock.tv they are starting a new 30 day challenge.
It is set up so Monday-Friday are workout days (they post daily) and the weekend is "active rest days".

I am looking for a few buddies to participate in this with me. I have been doing bodyrock on and off for about a month now and I am ready for a challenge!

Workouts can be modified for those with injuries - they show that at the end of the videos!

Ya'll know i'm in! LOL. Have you checked out the ZWOD/ZWOW? These are Zuzana's (ORIGINAL BODYROCKER) new workouts since she is no longer a part of bodyrock.

Yeah, I'm in. I've been trying to 30 Day Shred, and made it 2 1/2 weeks, bored as hell of the same thing over and over. At least bodyrocking will be different everyday. I plan to begin my day with a 15-20 min jog with the dog, then do the workout. Hopefully I can also fit in 2-3 nights/week of yoga or swimming.

    Hi Everyone!

    Glad to see others interested!

Since they are late to post this months 30 day challenge, I am mixing up, going to do January's challenge if the February day isn't posted in time for my workout.

I have seen the ZWOW/ZOD - I will be trying to mix those in too!

What's everyone's strategy? Do you workout in the morning? afternoon? at home? at the gym? I am planning on working out in the morning, but it doesn't always happen (any motivational advice on not sleeping in? :))

    My Daily Plan for Success:

    Night before:
Set outfit out for next day/
Make sure everything is in my bag/
Peek at the bodyrock workout and write it down in journal/
    BE IN BED AT 10:00/10:30!

    Morning:
7:15 Let pup out/ Water&Coffee/ Check out bodyrock.tv and write down workout in journal if not already done
7:30 Take puppy on a 1-2 mile jog
    7:50 BodyRock
8:10 Shower/Dress/Get ready to leave house
    8:40 Walk to bus stop
8:45 Get on bus at Washington St. OR
9:01 Get on the bus at 41st St.
(Keep yogurt and fruit/quiche muffin at work for breakfast)

Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday after work 30-60 minutes of Yoga, Swimming, Lifting at the gym

I like to workout in the morning in most cases! I usually am so tired by dinner time that I don't have the energy to put in a great workout like I do in the morning!

Took 24:50 to do the 300 reps with a 15lbs kettlebell. Did the abs bonus right after, and got 10 reptile push ups, 52 mountain climbers, and 10 star push ups (by these, I could barely hold myself up in planks). My arms are so sore.
