PB2 is awesome, I got my mom started on it now and I had to go buy her some today so she can take it back home with her next week. I mix it in my chocolate shakes 2 times a day0

I put a piece of toasted bread down on a scale, zero it and put 16g of pb (or whatever half the serving size in grams is) on. I do this for each slice.0

buy a kitchen scale, it is completely necessary for strict calorie counting unless you only eat things straight out of packages. Cheese, peanut butter, butter, etc. For something like that I'd put the bowl of oatmeal on the scale, turn it on so it's at 0, then spoon in pb until it reaches the amount I've set (usually 10g).0
