I'm new well I've had my profile for a about 3 months now and lost interest, before I even began lol. But I'm back and will fight my way through the fat lol..... I'm a mother of five, very busy haven't got the time to eat.... Has anyone got any suggestions ?? I'm all ear's..Don't like to cook and finding it really hard to find meals: ( Please please please help me if any of yopu lovely people can: ) Thank you in advance Andrea x

Food Scales, Measuring jug and calculater are very helpful if you want to divide food and ingrediants into portions so you get nearly the exact amount of calories.
Basic Value ASDA Morrisons etc ready meals have quite lower calories than normal leading brands. You'll do it.. Real food no low fat crap diet foods. I still eat junk and managed to lose it lol0
