I had my BF tested yesterday at the gym (bio-impedence machine) and it was at 18%. My goal was to get down to 20% and I did it!! There is a small margin for error (2-3%), but that is still 11% down from what the same machine said 6 months ago! I am so excited! I love this site!

That is FANTASTIC! I am hoping to get mine dropped another 10% in the upcoming months. It's such a great feeling when you are out of the obese catagory..High 5 :drinker:0
