A protein pancake recipe for 2, and it got the dad stamp of

So I finally tried my hand at making a protein pancake today, just to see if I could make something super delicious, that satisfies my cravings and my dad's (who has recently lost 35 pounds, by quitting all the foods he loves, so if HE loves it, its gotta be good) its a very hearty and filling breakfast.

Combine:
1/2 banana mashed up
1 egg (or use 2-3 whites)
1/2 cup ground up oats (like oatmeal ground in a blender or food processor)
1/4 cup almond meal
1/2 cup almond milk
1 scoop protein powder (I used designer whey vanilla)
pinch of ground cinnamon and nutmeg

mix and make as you would any pancake :)
I topped mine with raspberries and earth balance and a teeny bit of agave
