I really like this website! 3lbs lost so far. Does anyone know how to change your settings like if you want to loose more than a pound a week?

    The above is correct, though I should mention 1 pound a week is the healthiest. For those that have a lot of weight to lose, like over 100 pounds sometimes do more. But I peeked at your profile and it looks like you have about 70, which is close to mind, in total I had/have about 63 to lose. I would stick with 1 pound a week, slow but steady wins the race....but I definitely wouldn't go above 1.5 a week.
