On again off again
I am tring to drop about ten and tone up. Iam good for a bout a week then I get weak!!

Give yourself non food rewards and stick to it! Also find some friends either on here or that live around you, that will help keep you motivated. Have you set any goals beyond just weight loss? I know that I did some non weight related goals and that helped a lot! For example: Hiking the PTC, running a 5K, gardening, riding a bike, playing basketball with my kids instead of being a spectator, and so on. I know I started out with more to lose, but this works for everyone if you want it bad enough. You CAN do this!! :happy:0
