It always helps me to remember WHY I'm doing what i'm doing......so, here are my reaons..
-to be HEALTHY
-to feel FABULOUS no matter what I wear
-to feel accomplished and proud of myself
-lets be honest, to look hot in my swimsuit this summer
Small steps, day by day, choice by choice.....I can do this!

I love all of these!!! When you think of your body as your 'temple', it sure makes it easier to make GOOD food choices......we can all have what we want, we just have to stay committed!!0

Seeing my body transform right before my eyes is the biggest motivator! Losing weight was always something I wanted to do for myself but I didn't think I would be able to accomplish my goals, but here I am 40 lbs lighter. I never want to go back to the heavier me. I'll be beach body ready in no time!

I am tired of feeling like crap!
I want to be able to keep up with my son and be active without throwing out my back!
I need more energy!0 -
My kids keep me going. They are my never ending inspiration.
My husband keeps me going, he recently lost 60 pounds and is forever encouraging me on my journey.
But, first and foremost...I just want to feel good. I want to be able to walk up the stairs without wanting to keel over. I want to be able to play outside with the kids without having to rest. I want to run a 5K in honor of my brother, who fought stage 3 colon cancer AND WON.0 -
Ahhhhh you all are motivating me!!! SUCH great reasons to CHANGE and start living the lives we deserve!!!0

What keeps me going?
The fact that I have already lost 111 lbs and I only have 51 more to go!!!!
My confidence has increased, my body feels amazing, and my life just keeps getting better and better!
Knocking out one thing off my bucketlist, I signed up for a snowboarding class tomorrow! YAY! so excited!0 -

What keeps ME going?
* a trip to Cancun in March....which is coming up A MONTH FROM NOW! yikes
* now that I am NOT obese anymore (yay!), I want to see how far I can go.
* to be the person I know I am inside.......to improve that body image to be what I actually SEE in the mirror (I'm one of those who never saw myself as fat, even when I was)
* to feel better, be more energetic to keep up with my 4 yr old grandson, and to live the best life I can!0 -
Rugged Maniac In May
Warrior Dash in May and August
Tough Mudder in September
and a few 10 and 15ks in between
Knowing I need to be in shape to do these is what keeps me going0 -
