Hey Im brand new to this website / app but I have been working out and eating right on and off for a years. My weight fluctuates and after this past year I had stopped working out for the first time and broke the 300lb level. I was shocked to see those numbers. My goal is 250 by 6-16-12. Please add me if you would like to be some positive motivation as I burn off the lbs and become fit again. Thanks so much! Stevie
