Lots To Lose

Hi Everyone!

I recently started using myfitness pal on my phone & computer to keep track of my new journey towards health. I have over 100 lbs to lose and my plan is to hit that goal before I turn 40, I'm 37 now. I'd love to be one of those people who says, "I'm 40 and in the best shape of my life!" Beyond that though I'm just plain tired of being fat, been this way my whole life and never felt empowered enough to change, but that changes this year.

I'm hoping to share my experiences along the way in order to get and give encouragement. So I am looking forward to meeting and interacting with all of you as we each move forward in our journey towards better health.

    Hi Deb (from another Deb) i turned 40, 8 months ago, and im not in the best shape, however I am determinded that by the time i reach 41 I will have tried my hardest and hope there will be a noticeable improvement. I wish you every success, please feel free to add me
