Get up a little early and go running(or wogging). Start with 1 mile on work days. Then do longer on your days off. Even if you only have 15 minutes extra it's a start, also you don't have to do your excercise all at once, if you can find another 15 minutes during the day, or split it up 10/10/10. Just start something. :flowerforyou:0

You could also walk during your lunch (before or after), or during breaks if you have enough time.0

Yoga before bed. Get a DVD. Also, if you drive, leave a few minutes early and park farther away so you can get a walk in.0

go for a 20 min. run after work. You could still get 7 hours of sleep/night if you went to bed by 11.0

Yeah, it's super easy to burn a few extra calories here and there. Take the stairs...everywhere! Even standing instead of sitting burns more calories. I hope this helps!0

You could walk, do jumping jacks, deep knee bends, up and down stairs, etc. All of this can be done a little at a time throughout the day, during your lunch break, between classes, well... you get the picture.0

On the video front- one of the old taebo videos (Basic or 8 min). Biggest Loser 1 has a segments that includes weights and aerobics.0

I asked this question and now here is what I do each day (mostly)
In bathroom I use the handicap stall (we have no handicap ppl in the office) and started with wall push ups, I am now down to the handicap rail 1/2 to the ground and doing 10-40 push ups each time I go to the rest room.
On one break I do 50 knee ups, 50 hamstring curls and stretch. I also do a balanacing exercise 10 seconds on each leg.
This is 10 min tops and I feel winded and revived when I return to my desk!!
I find time to exercise everywhere I go.
Standing in line I lift one foot off the ground and balance. Line moves, I do the other leg.
I have a rubber band I do arm and shoulder exercises with, but the push ups really do the trick!!
Good luck. and remember, if someone looks at you funny when you are exercising, it is only because they WISH they had the nerve to do it with you!!!

If your job is one that requires standing, walk in place instead of standing still. Do the knee bends, etc. when you feel comfortable about doing them (esp. if you're easily embarrassed). Walk everywhere. Park a bit further away and walk further in to wherever you're going.
I'm sure you get a day off here and there. Use some of that time to do mild exercise. Don't try to be a "weekend warrior" though, or come Monday, you'll regret it. :bigsmile:0 -
I put a stepper in front of my sink so when I do dishes I can get more of a burn by stepping on and off.
Also, I do squats and lunges when I iron, fold laundry, and drying and curling my hair. You could also do an exagerated walk by lifting your knee to your chest everywhere you walk in your house.:glasses:

Try Cathy Smith tapes to power walk around the neighborhood, either before school, right after class, or right after work.
Also, think more actively - choose stairs over elevator, walking on your break over sitting in the smokey break room, sitting up straight over slouching0
