low calorie brownies
hi all! heres the thing. I have been a long time lover of chocolate. i love to make brownies and cakes. I found out through the show "cook yourself thin" on lifetime that you can substitute applesauce for the oil in the recipe. But my question is how then can you calculate the caloric intake of one alternative brownie. the box only tells you the caloric intake of one brownie prepared the way it says on the box. Has anyone heard of this.

calculate the dry mix + whatever you add. it'll probably show up in a google search.

some really good brownies (where you don't have to substitute) are called "no pudge" brownies. They are amazing. You just mix in nonfat yogurt with the mix and pop it in the oven. they are AMAZING. cappuccino flavor is my favorite.0

There was a post about 88 calorie brownies not too long ago... http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/9029-88-calorie-double-chocolate-brownies-yum?hl=88+calorie+brownies#posts-64121
I've made them twice, and are absolutely delicious! They're perfectly moist and don't taste low-cal at all!0
