Hi everyone!!! Today is day 1 for me and I feel motivated and determined to achieve my goal.. The only problem is that every now and then I get discouraged and lose track.....I need someone to help me stay motivated..any takers???

I have the same problem! Over the summer I lost 15 pounds, and got about half way to my target weight., only to gain it all back this fall. I'm hoping the frustration at being so close only to lose it due to laziness with keep me motivated. When you feel discouraged just think about all you've put into it so far--do you want it to be in vain?
If anyone else has tips I'd appreciate them too!0 -
