Losing weight by eating sesibly and exercising... The right

I have been on this site for about 6 weeks now. I do love it however I find so many people have different ideas about loosing weight and being healthy. I have lost weight in the past and know the support from others is key.
I am looking for people who are losing weight by eating sensibly and exercise. Not eating tons of junk and think it's ok because they logged it. It's so much more then weight loss!!! People who are active on here.
I started a group a month ago and we need some more active members. We weigh in once a week (Friday's) and have daily topics ect. We would love to have some more women who are ready to do this the right way. Make sure you have your diary open, it's a great way to hold each other accountable.
The support in a smaller group helps, there are so many huge groups on here but you just don't get the same support.
