New to this......its working!!!!

I was doing P90X for about a month and nothing....... did not lose a single pound. So I decided I needed to try a different approach. So still working out - but now using this site to track food and count calories (watching what I eat now) and within a week I lost 4 pounds!!!! I am so excited! Woo hoo!!! Now hopefully this continues to work ..... I want to lose about 15 more pounds!
