of course sometimes I snack on something unhealthy like Chips or cookies, but I keep that to a minimum.0 -
1. apple w/peanut butter
2. mini Breton crackers with light herb and garlic cream cheese
3. plain greek yogurt mixed with chocolate protein powder
4. Lipton cup of soup (chicken noodle)
5. chocolate (oops, not so healthy!! hehe)0 -

3. Yoplait light Thick and Creamy yogurt Key Lime flavor
4. A salad made with Mixed baby Greens

1. 1/4 c. raw almonds, 1/4 c. fresh blueberries
2. 1/4 c. fat free cottage cheese, 1/4 c. crushed pineapple or sliced peaches
3. 1 sharp cheddar cheese stick, 1/4 c. white grapes
4. 1/2 an apple w/ 1Tbsp peanut butter for dipping
5. 1/4 c. dry granola, 1 Activia Light Vanilla yogurt cup0 -
1. Sabra hummus & pita chips/bell pepper/veggies.
2. Laughing Cow cheese wedges & Wheat Thins toasted chips (Garden Valley Veggie flavor).
3. Skinny Cow ice creams ( All of them! ).
4. Sargento Light string cheese.
5. Avocado, avocado, avocado!!!0 -
1 - Air Popped Popcorn
2 - Pecans/Almonds
3 - Peanut Butter Puffins
4 - Grapes
5 - Carrots
6 - Babybel Light Cheese
7 - A glass of Silk Light Vanilla Soy Milk
8 - Pretzels
9 - Celery and natural peanut butter
10 - The list could go on and on, I love food.0 -
In no particular order:
1. Greek yogurt (either flavored, or plain with cinnamon and berries) or cottage cheese
2. Peanut butter on rice cakes
3. Babybell light cheese wedges or light string cheese
4. Coffee creamed and sweetened with protein powder
5. Homemade protein bars0 -
1) Apples, they're at the top of my MFP foods list.
1a) All other fruit.
2) Raw veggies.
3) Air popped popcorn.
(Can you tell I like crunchy things?)
4) Raw nuts (esp. almonds), pumpkin and sunflower seeds, soynuts, or homemade dried chickpeas.
5) Edamame.
6) Homemade protein bars/bites.0 -
1) fage 0% yogurt w/2 truvia. Sweet, creamy, 100 calories & 18 grams of protein
2) chocolate smoothie - 1 c milk or water, 1 tbsp pb & 1 tbsp Hershey's baking chocolate w/2-3 truvia
3) celery & carrot sticks
4) wasabi soybeans
5) 1/4 c organic, raw, unsalted cashews0 -
Olives (just 1-5 satisfy any need for salty or savory).
Cottage Cheese (with cinnamon and raisins, someone suggested that on here and I love it plain, but I do this constantly!!)
Yogurt.
An orange with cinnamon.
