    I'm struggling too, but I just keep getting back in the saddle. As many times as it takes. I do 3 or 4 weeks, lose 15 or 20 lbs and I get discouraged because I don't see a huge change (although others do) and I just give up. Then I get mad at myself for giving up and think about how far I could have gone during the "give up" period and I start all over again. I feel your pain. All I can say is that everyone's bodies are different and all of our bodies will react differently to excercising, dieting, and portion control. I don't want to fool myself into thinking I'm going to lose 60 lbs in 2 months anymore. I'm just going to go slow and steady and stay on course, not denying mysel but not gorging myself either.
