I have a full time job and go to school m-th. I am having a hard time finding something to eat for dinner that i can take to class. Any tips? I am going to increase my workouts on fri- sat-sun since i have some time for those days in order to be able to lose the amount i want. I totally get you need to burn more than what you eat and I am working on that. I hate to be vain but i have an even in march 10 i want to feel good at. Not just look it but feel a little more confident. Any help would be much appreciated!

I have to eat quick at work and can't heat stuff up. I have started taking those 100 cal packs of almonds, small containers of berries, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, peeled boiled eggs or sandwiches. Every week I make a batch of steel cut oats and portion it out. I can eat it and room temp. and still like it, but I bet most people will find that gross. slices of turkey and raw or slightly cooked asparagus is good too.0

When I have classes late in the day I prepare sushi balls; put a sheet of glad-wrap down, cover it in a layer of rice (cooked with a splash of rice-wine vinegar , then in the middle put your choice of fillings. My fav filling is chicken and low fat cream cheese with avocado. then you use the glad-wrap to mold the rice into a ball (so that the fillings are covered), and put it in the fridge.0
