first month

i started keeping track on the app about a month ago! i'm about 5'4, i started at 223, my highest weight. today the scale is bouncing between 209/210, after eating breakfast & drinking about a liter of water! so in the past 4 weeks or so, i'm down around 13lbs! :)


my first goal is 20lbs, then i'm rewarding myself by going for a pedicure! almost there! my tootsies deserve it for working so hard in the gym!!! that will be my first milestone in this journey :) another day closer!

  • Great job!!! I think it's a wonderful idea to reward yourself when you reach a goal!! I'm here hoping to get my motivation BACK. I lost about 24 lbs last spring but have gained it almost all back :( I'm so disappointed with myself and know that I need to get back on the program and kick my butt into gear again... I LOVE to see people succeeding so keep up the great work!!!!!
