daily vs weekly calories?

Which is more useful to track? Is it just a matter of preference?

And how can I look at my weekly calories on this website? On the android app, it tells me how many calories I have left of my weekly allowance, but I can't find that feature online..

Go to reports, then nutrition, and do it for 7 days.

I also log in daily, but some days I'm under so I bank those calories for the weekend. So it's whatever works for you!

I try to focus on daily calories for food, but i always try to make my weekly exercise goal if I can't get each daily. I don't like to go over on my calories even if I have them "saved up."

When I do the report, something is screwed up. It tells me that my net calorie intake for 2/02 was negative. It was like 1228. I went over a little bit that day. I have no idea how to fix that.

Mine also does that if I choose the 7 day view, but the 30 day works just fine.

On the daily vs weekly topic, I do a little bit of both. I try not to be too dramatically over or under in any one day, but I'm okay with some variation as long as the average is still where it should be.

Why not just go by what you are given daily?
    It's less complicated!
