Stuck!!!

I hit my first 100 lb mark in the middle of January. Ever since, I have gained 2 lbs.
In early January I kicked up my cardio a notch and I have maintained my 2000 calorie a day diet.
Does anyone have any suggestions on why I seem to have "platued"? I feel like I am working out longer and harder and eating right and would think I would lose fast. I am still at 350+ so my last 100 pounds cannot be this challenging. I would expect to have this slowdown with 20-30 to go, not 100.
I really need some ideas. My trainer says all is good since I am losing inches, but seeing that scale not go down each week certainly does things with my head.
Thanks

Have your numbers run again and give yourself a break for 2 weeks at maintenance.
