I know i'm a day late, but I'm in.
My Initial goal for weight loss was 701lbs in 8 months. May will be the end of those 8 months and i'm very far behind. Like 50lbs behind. But anyway, Im getting this together. For the Next 100 days I will BE UNDER MY CALORIE GOAL EACH DAY AND I WILL BURN AT LEAST 300 CALORIES EACH DAY.
Also we should create a group where we can post once and every group member will get the updates.0 -
I am in too. A day late but like they say "better late than never."
My challenge is to exercise everyday fro at least 20 minutes and track all my food. Keep the numbers going down and not up like they did after my vacation.0 -
Hi! I'm in a day late too. I was going to try the 30 day shred that starts today but I realize that I tend to go over board whenever I start something like this and end up hurt, take time off - which leads to months off, and begin again. So I dropped that group and found you all! This sounds perfect for me.
I will most likely amend my goals as I think on this a little more but here's what I'm thinking to start:
1. Honestly track food everyday. Hopefully this leads to better planning ahead!
2. Walk at LEAST 4 days a week
3. Do an additional 2 days either on eliptical or shredding
4. More water daily0 -
I was gonna create a group now that we have "members". Im getting ready to leave work so Ill create one when I get home and will post here so you all know and new peeps can jump in as well.0

I want in too.i would like to lose 30lbs of fat in 100 days.In order for me to do this
1)I will work on eating 5 healthy meals per day
2)Not skip any meals
3)Not sabotage my diet by easing up come the weekend.
4)keep a journal of my meals and workouts everyday
5)Post photos each week
6)Take measurements and weigh-in each week.0 -
I am just starting and I want to join this challenge. In the next 100 days I want to hit at least 210 that is not my end goal my end goal is 175.
1) Be consistant with working out 5-6 times per week
2) Eliminate drinking soda and sweet tea
3) Track everything I eat
4) Every day try to be atleast 100 cals under my goal0 -

2) Drink at least 10 glasses (8 oz) a day

Today is Tuesday, Feb. 7, am I to late to join??
My Goals:
1. Drink atleast 8 cps of water per day.
2. To exercise atleast 5 to 6 times per week.
3. To be under my calorie goal everyday.
4. To reach my goal 23 lbs lost goal.
2 wks after I joined MFP, I also quit smoking, it was part of a big plan to get healthy all the way around and on Feb. 9, 2011, it will be my one month anniversary of not smoking.
I weigh in every Friday and take measurements every other Friday for one other challenge that I'm in.
I have been stuck at the same weight for about 3 weeks now though, so, I'm hoping to see some changes in that real soon.

Me too, my goals are:
1) Log everyday
2) Stay within my caloric goal everyday
3) Excercise at least 4 times a week
4) Reach 20 bmi and stay there

2) Workout 6 days a week - 3X Strength Training, 2X Pilates & 6X Cardio
3) Drink 64oz of water
4) Lose 35 lbs

Hey...I missed your post :blushing: ...am I still in.. :flowerforyou: lol, xx fingers crossed. 100 Days will put me one month away from my 1 year anniversary with MFP. I would love to join the 100 day challenge. Keeping my eye on the prize.....A healthy weight...What ever that will be for me. Shooting for 155. :bigsmile: Won't know for sure until I get there. My goals will be : 1) To keep my water intake up. 2) Get a little more sleep. 3) Get my butt moving more.0
