i've seen a few guys using it to build muscle.0 -
I am using it to gain some weight and then maintain it once I build as much muscle as I would like to! I weigh 102 pounds and do not want to get down below 100! So gaining good healthy weight is one of my next goals!0

Absolutely!
The trick is finding that fine balance of lean mass and body fat and figuring out where to go from there!
for instance I ran numbers for a friend earlier who was being told she was underweight 5'9" with 17% body fat but she couldnt get rid of the stomach fat!
Her lean mas is too low and she would need to slow bulk to fill into her BF%.
Calculators work both ways on here!0
