When/how often do you weigh yourself?

Officially once a week every weds morning after i got to the toilet, showered etc but I cant help but check every other day during the week, I find it really interesting to see my weight fluctuate so much0

Why would the search function even be relevant? Do you honestly think I'm looking for a fact on this topic?? ROFL I asked the question to get conversation going. kthx.I weigh myself daily, but not before I take the time to learn about MFP's wonderful SEARCH FUNCTION!
He meant that you could have done a search to see if this topic has been covered in previous MFP forum threads. It bothers some people when there are multiple threads regarding the exact same topic.
To answer the question, though, I weigh myself about every 2 days in the morning0 -
Be honest...
Do you get completely naked and weigh yourself in the morning? At the end of the night? Do you weigh yourself multiple times a day, or do you stick to a once per week weigh in ritual? Maybe you just go by how your clothes feel, or by measurements?
If the numbers on the scale aren't what you were hoping they would be, do you let it ruin your day?
I want to know many others are a slave to their scale?0 -
In the mornings generally a few times a week, but it's only "official" on Fridays.0

Every morning, naked after the bathroom, just to see what is going on! I don't worry if it goes up a bit. My official weight in is once a week, after a rest day usually a Saturday/Sunday0

Once a month minimum and once a week max. Must be in the morning and must be nude LOL!0

Every day i workout, before I workout. I'm not in the gym everyday so sometimes I go a day or two without weighing.0

I have always weighed once a week. But this week I've weighed every morning. I must admit I think I'm gonna keep weighing every day. I'm so close to a goal that I'd love to see me crack it. Even if it is only for one day. :-)0

Tuesday mornings, after my run but before my shower. My routine is:
I strip,
get the scales out,
place them on my "lucky" floor tile,
zero them,
step on,
step off,
re-zero,
step back on looking up,
count to three,
say my lucky "weigh in prayer",
look down,
take the reading,
swear,
get off,
re-zero,
back on,
count to three,
cross my fingers,
look down,
cry a little,
get angry,
step off,
kick the piece of *kitten* into the corner of the room,
stub my toe,
swear a bit more,
hop around the bathroom eventually fall over pulling the shower curtain off the rail,
roll around on the floor for a couple of mins until Mrs Aperture_Science complains about the noise,0 -

I get naked and weigh myself every single morning before I eat, basically as soon as I wake up you'll see a trail of clothes between my bedroom and the bathroom lol
But I only update my weight on MFP once a week, don't want to be annoying folk lol0 -

Every sunday morning about 8am. After ive been to the loo
get completley naked, turn on the scales, step on them, step back off when it gives me some numbers, step back on them again (just to see if there not telling me lies) - and if its the same number as first time round, i know its telling the truth. if its giving me a different number ill step on them again and see what number it gives me again!

I weigh myself every time I go to my Dads, because I don't have any scales at my house, so once a week/fortnight. Which is pretty good because I'm usually happy with the outcome :B0

In the morning, naked (or nearly), only count it on Friday or Saturday morning for my official weigh in. But I hop on there once or twice a week, especially when I'm feeling exceptionally skinny. :bigsmile:0
