Anyone else only weigh once a month?

Hey guys,
Just wondering if anyone else out there only weighs once a month?
I weighed myself every day for 6 or so months then only once a week for couple months, now starting as of february I am only weighing myself on the 1st of every month as the scale plays with my head and I'm trying to focus rather on a lifestyle change than a number on the scale.
I am finding it VERY hard to stop myself from stepping on those scales so if anyone else is in the same boat and wants to help support and encourage me and had any tips on how to not weigh myself, you can add me if you would like, message me or just comment here

I was weighing myself every week, but have decide now to go with every 2/3 weeks. After having losses every week to then go to a standstill gutted me so going to try something different0

I've been weighing every week but I like the idea of just doing it monthly and may well start doing that next month. Atm am involved in a group where we weigh in every week. I like the idea of (hopefully) seeing bigger changes0

Hi,
I only weigh every week or every other week. I dont have scales at home, I do see alot of people who weight every day which I personnal think is too much. Like you say, it becomes a little obsessive and I dont think its accurate anyway as day - day weight fluctuates due to water etc. Some people say they strip naked and wont weigh until they have been to the toilet (1's and 2's lol!)
I weigh about 6pm at night at the gym, this is not on an empty stomach etc.

I weigh myself every 6 to 8 weeks. I used to obsess over the numbers on the scale but finally realized that happiness is not measured in pounds and ounces. I might hop on the scale if I've had a couple bad food days just to make sure I'm still going in the right direction but that's it.0

I love seeing that needle move - even a little.
I don't sweat weight; I track the trend more than the actual number.0 -
I weigh in once a week on a friday morning. I was really thinking about going to once a month aswell for the same reasons as yourself.
Still thinking about it though havent heard alot of people that do it.0 -
i went from obsessively every day to now every two weeks or so. i just found around pms i was too unpredictable with water retention to get an accurate read. i find just after my period is over is usually a good time to get on the scale, so i do it then, and then before pms kicks in to compare.0
