Hello :) Would anybody be interested in weighing in weekly, giving support, chit-chatting, etc? We could even do "Weekly Challenges"

    I am so glad so many people like this idea. If you could PM me or post in here your Name (username works too), starting weight, current weight, and goal weight. I will update the original post with all the information.

    Any suggestions for what Week 1 challenge could be? It could be something physical like (work out atleast 15 minutes, 5 days a week) or something on the diet end like " No soda" etc. Def open for suggestions :)

    I could use the motivation and support. I get going then I stop and I cant get over my hump. So yes!!!

    My suggestion for week one challenge: eat something leafy and green twice a day for 5 days!! (at least a 1 - 1 1/2 cup serving each time).
