What is the best time to weigh yourself?

I'm sure this question has been asked a billion times before, and here it goes again. What is the best time to weigh yourself? I noticed throughout the day my weight will fluctuate from morning to evening, weighing less in the morning and more by the evening of course. With my weekly weigh in I usually do it around 5:30 AM (Because Dr. Oz says so, lol). What do you all feel is the best time to weigh yourself, and truly feel it's accurate?

I've always heard from nutritionists and health experts that the best moment to weight yourself is inmediatly after you wake up, naked or whit a small amount of clothes and not having eaten anything.

I do mine first thing in the morning when I get out of bed. I'm no expert but I don't think it matters just as long as you do it the same time each day.0
