I decided to try this website out, I will say I love to eat and hate working out. So I really need somehelp along the line. I'm not sure if its even possible for me to lose weight now, because of my get or what not. Just very stressing and just plain miserable. I just logged my breakfast and I'm already dissapointed. If there are people out there with the same stress or help I need I'd love the extra help and tips you have for me.
Here's to... hopefully losing weight.

Take it slow and don't do anything you won't be able to stick with long term. Its about a healthy lifestyle and not a short term diet.
Small changes make a big difference over the long run. Healthy foods and portion control. :drinker:

Take it one day at a time! It's really hard at first at it really is a life change, you have to adjust your food intake as well as your routine. Feel free to add me if you want some additional support! Best of luck with your journey!

First things first, go to your doctor and get a full check up. You need to know your blood, bone, and other numbers. Eat your calories. Exercise and eat appropriate foods. Focus on the right numbers. Sometimes the numbers on the scale aren't the most important thing. A pound of muscle equals a pound of fat. However, fat takes up much more space. If you convert 5 pounds of fat to 5 pounds of muscle, it will take up less space but still weigh 5 pounds. Good luck. Add me if you like!

I think most of us are surprised by how many calories we consume at first. Use this as a tool to evaluate your choices and remember it is a learning process. Take today's breakfast and see if there is something you could eliminate/change and still be satisfied. I'm new too and I've found that looking up values ahead of time helps me make better decisions. Good luck and stick with it. BTW I love to exercise, but I hate watching what I eat. Feel free to friend me.

I completely understand how hard it can be to get started. I love to cook and eat.......and I thought I hated to exercise too. But, I was determined to stick with it and now I've found how much I enjoy becoming stronger and healthier. I have more energy and a better attitude and I LOVE to exercise. I also have learned to love a lot of healthy food.
Stick with it and just because you have a bad day, don't let it ruin your program! Good luck - and add me as a friend if you want :)
