So what are some of your healthy food staples? I don't really have any, but I need to start keeping healthy food that will last awhile on hand just in case. Although I definitely always have oatmeal on hand (:
Thanks!

Fruits and veggies -- especially blueberries and raspberries (and in the summer, cherries), apples, clementines, salad greens, baby carrots, grape / cherry tomatoes, bell peppers

Other stuff -- hummus, homemade salad dressing, organic cheeses, whole milk, Greek yogurt, extra virgin olive oil

I love so many healthy foods, but these are my ever-present staples.

I go through phases where I'll only eat certain things but I try to keep my diet pretty varied, however, I always have some frozen fruit, spinach, corn in my freezer, fresh veggies and the like are always different.
