Brazil Butt Lift

I am starting Brazil Butt Lift today. I weighed in, did the pencil test and took measurements. I am following the plan for people with too big a butt. I believe it is called Slim and Lift. Anyone else? Add me as friend if you want. I was going to do the 6 day model slim down, but it has you eating well below 1200 calories on some days and I just cannot do that. I am just going to follow the regular nutrition plan that comes with the program.

I normally do Insanity and lift 3 times a week at the gym, but I am very busy this month with travel for work and having two 13 year old exchange students. I thought this would be a fun challenge to do at home and in hotel rooms for 30 days. I will probably continue lifting 2-3 times a week at least for upper body.

    I am starting this program on Monday. I believe the one I am doing is the classic one (since I am a bit of too big and the pear one I think).

    Anyway, any idea how many calories it burns per work out?

    I am going to start it on Monday, the 20th! I have an HRM and will let you know how many calories I burn :)
