They are Crunch work outs... Crunch: Belly Butt & Thighs Bootcamp Crunch: Bootcamp Training and Crunch: Fat Buring Ab Attack.. Has anyone ever heard of these?

    I heard of both of the workouts. I own the Crunch: Belly Butt & Thighs Bootcamp Crunch.

    I do the class at Crunch: Belly, Butt and Thigh Bootcamp. I did it monday and I am still sore today on Wednesday! I will definitely be going back tonight to do it! I think they are worth it.
